Microsoft Teams
Send alerts and summaries to a Teams channel so stakeholders can respond quickly without constantly checking the dashboard.
Value you get
- Real-time visibility when a high-priority issue shows up.
- Weekly/monthly summaries posted to the right channel.
- Shared context for cross-functional teams (brand, marketing, compliance).
How to set it up (admin)
- In Microsoft Teams, open the channel where you want notifications.
- Create an Incoming Webhook for that channel and copy the webhook URL.
- In Brand Armor AI, open Integrations and connect Microsoft Teams.
- Select which notification types you want (start with a small set).
- Send a test message to confirm delivery.
What you can configure
- Destination channel: where messages are posted.
- Notification types: choose which events are allowed to post to Teams.
- Enable/disable: temporarily stop messages without removing configuration.
How we deliver messages
When an event occurs, we format a short Teams message with the key details and post it to your configured channel. Your webhook URL is stored securely in your workspace settings.
Troubleshooting
- No messages arrive: confirm the integration is enabled and a test message succeeds.
- Wrong channel: double-check you created the webhook in the intended channel.
