1. FREE TRIAL
Paid plans include a 3-day free trial. No payment is collected upfront. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial and your payment method will be charged.
2. CANCELLATION
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, with no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not itself refund amounts already charged for the current billing period — see the sections below for when a refund applies.
3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of subscribing without giving any reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU. Because the Services are a digital service that begins delivering immediately, by starting your subscription (including the paid period after a free trial) you acknowledge that this withdrawal right may be lost once the Service has been fully performed, in accordance with Article 16(m) of that Directive. Before that point, contact admin@brandarmor.ai to withdraw and receive a full refund.
4. REFUNDS OUTSIDE THE WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
