Refund Policy
Cancellation, refund, and withdrawal terms for your subscription.

1. FREE TRIAL
Paid plans include a 3-day free trial. Your payment method is collected and verified at checkout, but you are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial and your payment method will be charged.
2. CANCELLATION
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, with no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not itself refund amounts already charged for the current billing period — see the sections below for when a refund applies.
3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of subscribing, without giving any reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU. To withdraw, contact admin@brandarmor.ai within 14 days of your subscription start date. If you withdraw within that period, we will refund any amount already charged in full, including any paid period following a free trial.
4. REFUNDS OUTSIDE THE WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
Outside the 14-day withdrawal period described above, paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods after you cancel. This reflects that the Services are made available to you for the full billing period you paid for, regardless of how much you use them in that period.
We will refund you, in whole or in part, where: (a) you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same billing period; (b) a service outage attributable to us prevented you from accessing the Services for a material part of a billing period; or (c) applicable law requires a refund. Outside of these cases, we may still consider a refund request at our discretion, evaluated case by case.
5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email admin@brandarmor.ai with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
6. U.S. AUTOMATIC-RENEWAL DISCLOSURE
If you are a resident of a U.S. state with an automatic-renewal law (for example California, New York, or Colorado): your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the price disclosed to you at signup, unless you cancel before the renewal date; you may cancel at any time from your account settings, free of charge, using the same method you used to sign up; and if your subscription includes an introductory or free-trial offer, we will notify you before the offer ends and the paid subscription begins.
