How to set it up (admin)

  1. In Slack, decide which channel should receive notifications.
  2. Create a Slack Incoming Webhook (or your organization’s approved Slack workflow endpoint).
  3. Copy the webhook URL.
  4. In Brand Armor AI, open Integrations and connect Slack.
  5. Select which notification types you want and send a test message.

What you can configure

  • Notification types: decide what appears in Slack (start small, then expand).
  • Enable/disable: temporarily pause messages.

How we deliver messages

When an event occurs, we send a structured message to your Slack destination with the key context needed to take action. Connection details are stored securely in your workspace settings.
