First 10 Minutes

A short, practical workflow you can repeat weekly. The goal is to get to decisions, not to “stare at dashboards”.

What you’ll get out of this

  • A clear “where we stand” snapshot for the week.
  • 1–3 concrete actions to improve visibility and reduce risk.
  • A shareable update for stakeholders.

The 10-minute weekly routine

  1. Open LLM Visibility and note your latest score and the direction of the trend.
  2. Open Brand Audit and review the top sources. Confirm your official pages are represented.
  3. Open Hallucination Detection (if available on your plan) and review any flagged claims.
  4. Open Competitor Analysis and pick 1–3 actions to run this week.
  5. Generate a PDF report for stakeholders or export data for your own tracking.

How to pick the “right” actions

Use this simple rule to avoid busywork:

  • If you see wrong or outdated claims → update official sources (docs/FAQ/about) first.
  • If you see low visibility → improve clarity: category positioning, comparisons, and FAQs.
  • If a competitor is ahead → study the “why” and close 1 gap at a time (don’t copy everything).

One message you can copy to stakeholders
