Integrations Overview

Integrations connect Brand Armor AI to the tools your team already uses—so alerts, summaries, and workflows can happen where work actually happens (Slack, Teams, email, CRM, and more).

What integrations are

An integration is a secure connection between your workspace and an external platform. Integrations are usually set up by an admin and can be enabled/disabled at any time.

How integrations work

When Brand Armor AI detects something important (for example, a risk signal or a scheduled summary), it can deliver that information to connected destinations. You choose where it goes and what types of events you want to receive.

Platforms we support

  • Microsoft Teams (channel notifications)
  • Slack (channel notifications)
  • Salesforce (route signals into CRM workflows)
  • HubSpot (route signals into CRM workflows)
  • Email (workspace email notifications, where available)
  • Apprise-powered destinations (200+ notification services; common options include Discord, Telegram, email, Slack-compatible endpoints, and Microsoft Teams-compatible endpoints)
  • Custom webhooks (for advanced routing, depending on your workspace configuration)

Value you get

  • Faster response times: the right people see issues without logging in.
  • Clear ownership: route alerts to the team that can act (brand, compliance, marketing).
  • Operational consistency: get weekly/monthly summaries in a predictable format.
  • System-of-record alignment: push important events into your CRM.
Admin note
Most integrations require admin access to configure because they involve external credentials or workspace-wide routing choices.
