Plans & Limits

Plans control which features you can access and how much usage is included. Limits may apply to things like the number of saved configurations, scheduled items, or daily runs of certain tools.

What you can interact with

  • Plan management: view your current plan and manage billing in-app.
  • Feature availability: some tools only appear or become usable on certain plans.
  • Usage-aware actions: when you attempt an action over a limit, the UI will guide you to next steps.

What the data represents

  • Plan: the bundle of features and usage allowances assigned to your workspace.
  • Limits: guardrails that keep performance predictable and prevent accidental overuse.
  • Daily limits: a cap on certain actions within a day; typically resets automatically.

Why limits exist

Limits help keep results reliable and prevent unexpected spikes in usage. They also ensure your workspace stays responsive when you run multiple analyses or add team members.

Common limit types

  • Feature access (some tools are only available on specific plans).
  • Daily usage (to prevent accidental overuse and keep performance predictable).
  • Saved items (brands, monitors, schedules, generators).

What to do if you hit a limit

  1. Pause and confirm you’re running the right scope (brand, market/region, language).
  2. Try again later if it’s a daily limit.
  3. Reduce duplicated configurations (for example, merge overlapping saved items).
  4. If the limit blocks your workflow, upgrade your plan or contact support.
