How to set it up (admin)

  1. Open Pricing.
  2. Select a plan that matches your needs.
  3. Complete checkout in Stripe.
  4. Return to the dashboard and confirm features are available.

Common issues

  • “I paid but still can’t access a feature”: refresh, then confirm you’re signed into the correct workspace and the subscription is active.
  • Payment failed / past due: update your payment method in the billing portal.
