Salesforce setup (admin)

  1. In Salesforce, create or select a connected app for API access (your Salesforce admin can help).
  2. Collect the required app credentials and your Salesforce instance URL.
  3. In Brand Armor AI, open Integrations → Salesforce and enter the requested details.
  4. Run a connection test to confirm access.

HubSpot setup (admin)

  1. Create a HubSpot Private App (recommended) and generate an access token.
  2. In Brand Armor AI, open Integrations → HubSpot and paste the access token.
  3. Optionally add your portal id / form id if your workflow uses them.
  4. Run a connection test to confirm access.

How we use CRM integrations

When a configured event occurs, we can create or update CRM records so the right team can triage and track resolution using existing processes. You control whether CRM routing is enabled for your workspace.

Troubleshooting

  • Connection test fails: confirm the credentials/token are correct and have the right permissions.
  • Nothing shows up in CRM: confirm the integration is enabled and that your workspace is routing events to CRM.
