Tip: bookmark key pages for faster weekly reviews.

Data Freshness

Some dashboards update on a schedule, while others may take time to generate new results. You’ll typically see the latest available results immediately and newer results after analysis completes.

What you can interact with

  • Time range: choose a shorter window for “recent changes” or a longer window for trends.
  • Refresh / regenerate: when available, request updated analysis after you make changes.
  • Brand, market, language: ensure you’re reviewing the same settings when comparing over time.

What the data represents

  • Latest result: the most recent completed analysis for your selected settings.
  • Historical results: past completed analyses used for trend lines and comparisons.
  • “No data yet” states: often mean analysis hasn’t completed for that combination of settings.

How updates work

Some data is produced by scheduled monitoring, and some is produced when you request a new analysis. Either way, you’ll see the most recent completed result, and the UI may show partial or pending states while new results are being prepared.

What to do when a page looks empty

  1. Confirm your selected brand (if applicable).
  2. Confirm market/region and language filters.
  3. Wait a few minutes and refresh.
  4. If it persists, check Troubleshooting.

Best practices

  • Use a consistent weekly review day to avoid overreacting to noise.
  • Document major site/PR events so you can correlate changes with outcomes.
