Tip: bookmark key pages for faster weekly reviews.
Data Freshness
Some dashboards update on a schedule, while others may take time to generate new results. You’ll typically see the latest available results immediately and newer results after analysis completes.
What you can interact with
- Time range: choose a shorter window for “recent changes” or a longer window for trends.
- Refresh / regenerate: when available, request updated analysis after you make changes.
- Brand, market, language: ensure you’re reviewing the same settings when comparing over time.
What the data represents
- Latest result: the most recent completed analysis for your selected settings.
- Historical results: past completed analyses used for trend lines and comparisons.
- “No data yet” states: often mean analysis hasn’t completed for that combination of settings.
How updates work
Some data is produced by scheduled monitoring, and some is produced when you request a new analysis. Either way, you’ll see the most recent completed result, and the UI may show partial or pending states while new results are being prepared.
What to do when a page looks empty
- Confirm your selected brand (if applicable).
- Confirm market/region and language filters.
- Wait a few minutes and refresh.
- If it persists, check Troubleshooting.
Best practices
- Use a consistent weekly review day to avoid overreacting to noise.
- Document major site/PR events so you can correlate changes with outcomes.
